About: I work for the Research department of Greenberg Traurig, a sprawling firm with 28 offices in three countries. Our department staff is spread over 23 of those offices, presenting unique challenges in working together and communicating who we are to the rest of the firm. The growth of the firm and the department has ballooned in the last decade and to some extent the management is still getting a handle on the new scale.

My role involves the electronic communications of the Research department both within the department and externally to our attorneys and other business staff. This includes but is not limited to e-newsletters, our intranet site, and social media strategies. It's a "jack-of-all-digital-trades" position but with that comes a very open-minded management team that is very willing to listen to and support good ideas. I'm attending MX East to heighten my insight into our communication and service strategies.
