Your Product Is Your Brand

No amount of fancy advertising can hide actual consumer experience of a brand. Your offering is your brand. Here's an example of what's going on at Delta Airlines.



This was posted this morning and now has 25,000 views. I would not be surprised if Delta threatens a lawsuit to have this removed on the basis of "no photography allowed in the cabin" or some such policy.
